Hey both, sorry about this issue. This should be fixed in version 2.2 which came out a few days ago, please give it a try.

All users have had this problem for over 2 weeks now. Support is not responsive at all and is not interested in software problems. There is probably no support at all. More than 10 people wrote to support and there is no response.
