With the CHAPTERS feature, I think an even more helpful way to set it up would be by allowing the creator to choose the overall sensitivity for Chapter Creation. For example, a low, medium, and high setting (with a rough estimate of how many chapters each typically ends up adding to the video). Another implementation option could be a setting for how much space (or time) is required between chapters on a sliding scale (ie 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes, etc.) From using it so far, I've found that (for me at least) it ends up creating way too many chapters. Many of the chapters end up being only 15 seconds or 30 seconds apart from each other. While I can delete these afterwards if I want to, I think a sensitivity feature could be immensely helpful.
