Personally, I think this plugin has good intentions, but it misses the mark. The only real benefit is the integration with Premiere Pro, but when compared to platforms like Descript, it feels far behind. Descript is faster, more automated, and more reliable. FireCut feels more like a beta version than a polished plugin, and at its current price point, I just can’t justify the cost. If the pricing were more competitive, or if the platform felt more complete, it might be worth it. But right now, I’m spending more time and money than I should. I really love this tools. When Creating Hisglights with Captions and descriptions. It would be cool if the descriptions can also be saved locally. I would wait for everything to completed and then for some reason i close out without saving my descriptions and its lost. If when creating highlights and descriptions are selected, give the option to save the descriptions to a folder for later reference. I am making this tool part of my social work flow. being able to pull in the description would be great. Hey, i love your software and nearly use it every day. Would love a quick j-l cut feature. Also i dont really use your automatic cut feature because for me it doesnt work very good even though i use a mic. but sometime i say my sentence 15 times - would love that it cuts the first 14 times out so it's just the last take. Also the zoom feature doesnt really work for me. It would be much better to have the zoom on the clip and not as an adjustment layer.
