Hi, I hope all is well. When I transcribe my video for some reason it doesn't transcribe my video but it gives me a different transcription of some sort. HI! I guess it can be like improvements It would be great if you improved these 2 things so that using the extension would be awesome and maximally convenient. When in subtitle editing mode and when I press space, only the main video in Adobe Premiere plays, but not the subtitle animation in the extension itself. And it turns out that when I'm editing subtitles, and there's a long list, I have to scroll up to stop or play the subtitle animation in the extension. - It would be nice to add either a static button above the preview screen itself, next to those "Update frame" and "Fill" buttons. - Or add some hotkey for playing the subtitle animation itself, so that I can conveniently play/stop the animation. It would also be cool if in the extension I could watch the main video + subtitle animation, instead of just the animation and having to catch some frame and press update frame for more precise adjustment. Well, I don't know, it doesn't bother me, but it would be cool to have that. Thank you very much, seems like constructive explanations for some improvements. App version: 1.2.0, Platform: cep

Being in europe and in the broadcast business, it is very important that we know where the files go for analyzing. i.e. are they sent to america or do they stay in europe ? and in which country are the servers running from.

It's really bad at finding b-roll. It gets me very random results for every segment of my video, and I can't use it. It's much faster to find stock footage manually. App version: 1.0.0, Platform: dr

Personally, I think this plugin has good intentions, but it misses the mark. The only real benefit is the integration with Premiere Pro, but when compared to platforms like Descript, it feels far behind. Descript is faster, more automated, and more reliable. FireCut feels more like a beta version than a polished plugin, and at its current price point, I just can’t justify the cost. If the pricing were more competitive, or if the platform felt more complete, it might be worth it. But right now, I’m spending more time and money than I should.
