Hello, the "create captions" option is suddenly not working for some reason. I'm connected to the internet, my license is active/valid, and I just updated to the latest version but nothing has fixed it. Thank you. App version: 1.1.82, Platform: cep

Hey, every sequence I try and add captions to today is giving an error when transcribing. I've tried this on multiple projects with same issue. Updated FireCut, reloaded prem and computer a few times with same issue. Any guidance you can offer would be great! Thank you App version: 1.1.82, Platform: cep
